WELCOME TO THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2022-23.

With Almighty God’s grace and the support of our dear parents and students, we have successfully completed one more Academic Session-2021-22. Though, this session was a challenging one for the teachers, students & parents- virtual classes, online exams and many more. But together we made all impossible things possible because of your trust and cooperation.
As great as the last school year was for San Thome Academy, the upcoming academic year 2022-2023 will be a promising year too. Our staff, students and parents have contributed well in this enormous growth of our institution. Let us join hands and proceed to the new Academic Session with new hopes, energy and positive perspective.
Please take a note of some important points to take care of for the new session–
- Parent Teacher Meet– The result of Annual Examination for Classes- Nursery to III will be declared on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 and Classes- IV to IX & XI will be declared on Thursday, 31 March 2022. Timings – 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
- Commencement of the new session-
- For Classes- I to X & XII–Session will start from Monday, 4th April 2022.
- For Classes-Nursery, JRM & SRM–Session will start from Tuesday, 5th April 2022.
- School Timings-
- For Classes- Nursery, JRM & SRM- 8:40 am to 12:45 pm
- For Classes-I to III– 8:40 am to 1:30 pm.
- For Classes- IV to X– 7:40 am to 2:30 pm.
- For Classes- XI & XII- 7: 40 am to 12:45 pm
- Uniform– Parents are requested to see that their children wear the proper uniform as per school directives-
- Activity Uniform along with white socks and white shoes must be worn on Wednesdays and Saturdays only.
- Regular uniform along with prescribed school socks, tie, belt and black school shoes must be worn on all other days.
5. Transport system – School conveyance facility will be provided on all the routes in Dewas, which are fixed by the school management. If you are willing to avail bus facility for your ward for the new academic session-2022-23; which will be commencing from April 2022, then parents have to deposit the conveyance fee in the month of March and also need to contact transport in-charge Mr. Jitendra Tiwari in school office and confirm their stop in the beginning of the session itself. Later on changes will not be possible.
- Discipline-
- Fancy haircuts, bleaching, streaking or colouring of hair for both boys and girls will not be permitted and is strictly prohibited.
- Narrow trousers will not be permitted in school.
- Wearing jewellery, multiple earrings on the ears, fancy hairclips, hair bands etc are not permitted in the school.
- Painting of finger nails, make-up, unpolished shoes and unclean uniform will not be allowed in the school. Students must take pride in their school by dressing appropriately.
- Mobile phones, other electronic gadgets, and pen drives are strictly prohibited in the school.
- Abusive language, fighting, speaking disrespectfully to teachers or school authorities will be dealt firmly.
- Bringing of all books according to each day’s time table is compulsory.
- Id card is must.
- Do not allow the students to come to school by two wheeler.
- Students must attend the class regularly, to be eligible to appear in the final exam.
- In the school bus, students are charged with the responsibility of conduct that will result in safe transportation, respect for school personnel and respect for other students. Failure to abide by the school bus rules, show proper respect to others, and comply with requests of school personnel may result in a student being issued a School Bus Conduct Report and subsequent suspension or denial of bus transportation.
- Examination Pattern- The examination pattern for all the classes will continue as per last session pattern unless CBSE brings any change.
- Transfer Certificate– Those parents who want to apply for T C due to transfer or any other reason must submit the written application for T C before 15thApril 2022. Those applying for T C after 15thApril 2022 will have to deposit one month’s fees.
- System of Fee Payment for the Session 2022-23– The school provides the facility of online fee payment also. Parents can use School App: “San Thome Academy Dewas” by “Rayn Infolabs”, access the link- https://stadewas.rayninfolabs.com for the same. Parents can also pay the fee via school’s website santhomeacademy.org. Find the option ONLINE fee Payment on the home page of website. Please note that there will be no cash collection of fee on 2nd and 4th Saturday at the fee counter of school. Only cheques will be accepted otherwise online payment can be done.
- Change in Address or Contact Number– Please inform the school office in writing in case there is any change in your residential address or the contact number.
- Books –The book list for the session 2022-23 has been uploaded by the school on school’s website and displayed on the school’s notice board. Parents are free to purchase books from any shop from wherever they like.
