The focus is on to the students to build and increase the independence and provide opportunities to take new responsibilities. They are encouraged to build on their knowledge not only from the walking experience within the school but also from the outside world through excursions and community visits. We strive to help students express themselves with clarity and power orally as well as in writing.

The ultimate goal is to provide hands-on experience that instills an appreciation for curricular and co-curricular activities.

Children are helped to develop a love for learning,  a growing self-confidence and solid understanding of their place in time and space which helps them to have a  solid foundation in all subjects.

Students are encouraged to build on their knowledge of the world and their unique experiences throughout the curriculum and develop a self-awareness that facilitates individual goal setting, decision making and problem-solving.

Competitions in different fields are held throughout the school year, with a particular focus on sports and performing arts. This gives pupils a chance to bond with people outside of their regular friendship circles and encourages healthy competition across year groups.
