Annual Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at San Thome
The Annual Festival ‘KOINONIA’ 2022 of SanThome Public School, Badri Dham Nagar and San Thome Academy,Bhopal Road, Dewas was conducted with great funfare. On the first day of this function, the students of classes Nursery to class IV and on the second day the students of class V to XII gave attractive presentations of colorful cultural programme. The chief guest of the first day’s annual festival was Mr. Mahendra Singh Solanki,for the second day Shrimant Rajmata Gayatri Raje Puar, Guest of Honour was Rev. George Jose.
The programme began with lighting the lamp and with a prayer.Colourful programmes likeBhangra, Fusion Dance, Twin Dance, Skating dance, short dramas,Hip Hop, ‘Kalaripayettu, Coastal dance, Kathak, Bharatnatyam,the mesmerizing presentation of ‘Mom N Me’ dance and the dance based on the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence was appreciated by the parents. Orchestra based on the rhythm of instruments and melodious songs was also the center of attraction. The Principal, Mr. E.K. Joshi presented the annual report. The Director, Mrs. Hansy Thomas, said in her message that we are constantly striving for the all-round development of the students and we are trying to take the school to the pinnacle progressively by using innovative techniques.
On this occasion, the meritorious studentswere awarded with mementos and certificates. The school Management awarded exemplar award and a cheque of 11000 to Vaishnavi Gorde for securing AIR-3 (NDA) and alsoto Kundan SinghBais for cracking NEET and JEE ADVANCED.
Shrimant Rajmata Gayatri Raje Puar, in her speech appreciated the school’s achievement at National level and encouraged to have competitive spirit along with team work to get the success and alsodeclared a cash price of Rs 10000to each ofthese two students to motivatethem as well as the other students to strive high. Shri. Mahendra Singh Solanki said in his speech that the Students, who are the future of the country are prone to stress, depression, external attraction and indiscipline. So Give them the gift of values and keep on providing guidance from time to time.
