Dear Parents,

Greetings!

We are proud to inform you about the newly introduced School Management Software, “Campus care”.

This programme is intended to enhance a better communication and involvement of parents in the education of their ward with the school; through Parent Engagement Portal and related mobile app.

The features of the Campus Care Software are:

• Attendance tracking
• Exam Assessment
• Online Fee Payment
• School Events Updates
• Regular Notification of Homework

…….and much more

We cordially invite you to the ” Parent’s Orientation and Training programme” to be held on Saturday, 29^th June 2019. Please note that every parent will be provided with an ID & password to access the software and mobile app. Kindly bring your Smart Phone for this purpose.  It’s mandatory to attend the training. Ensure your presence in the school premises 15 minutes before the commencement of the programme. 

The programme timings will be as follows:

1. 00 am to 10.30 am ( For the parents of classes Nursery, JRM, SRM, I-A & I-B )
2. 30 am to 01.00 pm ( For the parents of classes I-C, I-D, II & III )
3. 00 pm to 03.30 pm ( For the parents of classes IV & V )

Your whole hearted co-operation and participation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Note : There will be a holiday for students of classes Nursery to V on this day (Saturday, 29^th June 2019)
